# Red Zone Manager training and certification — Helin Academy

Helin Academy is Helin's online training hub. For Red Zone Manager it holds five courses: Essentials, plus four role-based certification tracks for floorhands, drillers, toolpushers and HSE officers. Courses run 60 to 120 minutes, are self-paced, and work on desktop and mobile. The four role tracks end in an assessment and a certificate valid for one year from the date of issue. All courses are currently delivered in English. Access comes either as individual course access or as an annual per-rig subscription that includes current and future courses. Essentials is recommended before any role course. A further track for company men and onshore managers is in development.

## Certification

Each of the four role tracks ends in an assessment. Pass it and the learner gets a role-based certificate, valid for one year from the date of issue. Helin product certification validates a successful assessment and demonstrates proficiency within the Academy. It does not replace statutory, regulatory or employer-mandated competency requirements.
