Helin names Pepijn de Rijk as Director of Sales & Marketing

With his track record of driving growth at Google and scaling startups, de Rijk brings the expertise and leadership needed to further push Helin’s market presence with its software solutions for the maritime and renewable energy sector.‍

With the profile of a seasoned commercial leader, de Rijk has spent over 15 years in high-impact sales and marketing roles, including six years at Google (Dublin and Amsterdam), where he played a key role in scaling digital solutions and executing multiple go-to-market strategies. He continued to co-found AssistYou, an AI software scale-up for customer support. Futhermore as a mentor at Startupbootcamp, he has helped businesses break through barriers and achieving healthy expansion. His ability to build and lead high-performance teams, combined with deep expertise in digital transformation, makes him a major asset to Helin’s leadership team.
